In-house designing is made with modern softwares constantly updated (the latest version of VISI software).
Our design standards always include a 3D model of the mould that exactly replicates the final product we will build and that has production and construction value.
If there are any modification during the production or post-construction the moulds project is always updated to have the latest version with accurate and reliable geometries.
We give 2D drawings, attached with the 3D model, of every single component the mould is made of with all the measures and the appropriate tolerances. We also provide 2D drawing such as section and assembly views useful for mounting and maintenances
We mark with codes and store in our servers everything that we produce so that, in any future moment, the customer can order custom-made spare parts quickly and easily just communicating the code of the corresponding part.
