Prototype Moulds
We often collaborate with our customers in the creation of new products by designing and building prototypes moulds for tests, samples and/or small pre-series of pieces before their launch.
Design details
We realize every kind of piece, it is enough that the customer sends us a drawing with all the measures and tolerances needed. We can make small series and also dedicated single pieces in fast time and with careful finishes.
Spear parts
We provide spear parts for all the pieces that make up the moulds, both for moulds of our production and made by others. In case of moulds made by us it will be enough to communicate the code of the parts to have the spears quickly, otherwise can just be sent a drawing and we will make them following it meticulously.
Maintenance
We perform both on our own molds and on customer molds ordinary and extraordinary maintenance: sharpening, spare parts, restoration in case of accidents or breakage, and any other work necessary to bring the mold back to production in the shortest possible time.
